Love, love, love this place! I wasn't a big fan of yoga before, but I decided to do the 4 for $20 deal. Now, I'm hooked. The teachers at Trailside are amazing, extremely knowledgeable and passionate. The studio has such a great vibe: The rooms smell very good and the lighting is soft. Even though I've been to the same class with the same teacher, I haven't gotten bored. Each class is unique, catered to the people and what they want to work on. I'm a student at the U of A, and I've been having a very busy and stressful semester. These yoga classes have been a great way for me to unwind. My favorite class Vinyasa (heated) is difficult enough that I am forced to focus on my body and the movements, allowing me to forget my stresses. Read moreI LOVE Trailside Yoga! I moved to Arkansas and tried every single studio in the NWA and by far Trailside Yoga is amazing. The main reason I love the studio is because of the teachers, Krista, Lucas, Danielle, Amy, Sadie - all of them make you feel so comfortable, relaxed, and make you feel part of a bigger family. I didn't know anyone when I moved and this group of teachers welcomed me with open arms. In addition, the classes are phenomenal - only studio that is truly "heated" (and they can turn it off if you don't like), challenging classes suited for all types, and you truly feel relaxed and at ease when you leave. I can't say enough about how good and knowledgeable the teachers are, how supportive the environment is, and how much both the teachers and students care about each other, our community, and healthy living.
