Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Fayetteville

I have been going to this tropical smoothie practically since it opened and order near the same thing every single time. This location has been out of Blueberries, yes Blueberries (one of the most common ingredients in smoothies), for over a month now. How can the owners/management of a smoothie restaurant shoot themselves in the foot like this for week after week? Just switch suppliers or go down the road and buy some blueberries!

edit: they did resolve the blueberries problem, but it did take some time. I had another experience where I paid with cash in the past few months and it took almost 10 minutes (yes, 10) in the drive-thru for the staff to figure out how to open the register and make change.

the staff was perfectly kind, but i waited like 10 minutes for the wrong smoothie, got all the way home and realised it didn’t have the whey protein add in that i was charged for. this is an entirely different smoothie than what i ordered and frankly i don’t like this version of the smoothie. second time in the past couple weeks i’ve gotten the wrong thing from this location. last time i ordered a wrap with plant based chicken and opened up a flatbread with real chicken once i got home. definitely check your orders before driving off, the labels were right but the contents are not. i’m not the type to usually complain about this, but i can’t afford to be out here paying for food...
