Starbucks — Restaurant in Fenton

Kinda of upset with this Starbucks!! I come in almost every morning with my co-worker,and spend alot of money here,I pay for both of our drinks and food. I know what my drink looks like and tastes like when it's made correctly. I even double checked cuz it did not look right at all,and it tasted horrible because it was not made right! Mind you I do not drink and of there speciality drinks. It's iced coffe with heavy whipping cream. Simple. I can't have half and half because it has more sugar and that's exactly what I got. I'm not happy. And one barista is not enough...

I just wanted to say thank you! for the lady working yesterday morning. Mom was doing some shopping, all of sudden her sugar dropped, she was able to make it the counter, order hot chocolate, you looked at her and knew somthing was wrong and immediately handed her two cookies. It's been an honor serving the people of Fenton in the 5 months I've been manager at this Starbucks. All of the girls in this kiosk are the kindest, most thoughtful people I know and as well some of the hardest working.
