If I could give this 0 stars you bet I would. I went in and bought a Labubu one of the Big into energy ones and I was very excited to get one. My mom paid with cash it was 29.99$. I get into the car with my family and I open it just to see that it looks like it's deformed and the head was on the verge of falling off. The little card it came with wasn't even matching the actual LAFUFU. The sign in the front says HOT ITEM AUTHENTIC LABUBUS. So my dad went in and he asks for the manager. The manager comes out and my dad shows him the Labubu. My dad then goes ahead and asks for a refund, the manager says that there's no refunds. My dad then confronts him about it being fake and when I say it's deformed the head is like to the side not even in the middle. This argument between my dad and manager gets heated and he starts getting rude and snappy with us. So I pulled up a picture of the exact same Labubu but like an actual LABUBU. He then gets sassy with me and says "You must know a lot about this". So I showed him the picture and he picks up the Labubu and a PIECE OF IT FALLS OFF and he calmly goes "That happens" like no if it was real it wouldn't break. So then when he saw the picture he asked if we had a receipt (We didn't get one) and then he asked for a penny like my mom when she paid didn't get a penny but she paid 30$ but it's just a penny so whatever. So he didn't get his penny but after arguing for a couple minutes we got the refund and left. Nice to know that we will NEVER be coming...

All of the previous 1 star reviews are certainly true. The manager is very rude and even goes as far as following everybody who enters the store and cusses out children for trying on sunglasses and asking what they did wrong. It is disgusting the way the manager treats his customers. I have tried contact over the phone but he mumbles and mocks your problems that you report. He won’t give a name but the staff members have referred to his as “Rick” or “Reek”. He should be fired immediately due to the fact that there are many other horrible reviews and experiences including disrespect to women and children. I 1000% recommend never coming near this store ever! If I recommend one thing it is to get rid of the manager! He is the reason this Sunsations is this bad. Ps. He always dismisses these terrible reviews by saying that everyone had the wrong location, well Rick, they don’t. And you should be out...

Wish I could give zero starts. Last year this shop charged me twice for one transaction. Used to love this place so went back this year hoping it would be what it used to be. It’s genuinely terrible. The quality is god awful. The decals on clothing peel off before even washing, they once again overcharged me which took a full argument to get my refund back. They are rude, have disgusting attitudes and terrible customer service. I would NEVER go back here, they nickel and dime customers which I guess makes sense considering I was there for 30 minutes and not a single other customer walked in. Don’t waste your time and money here. There are PLENTY of other stores with lower prices and better quality. AND BETTER...
