If you drive on highway one, away from the business district, in an area that appears remote from the rest of the world, you will find a few discreet beach entrances. As you park your vehicle in their limited parking lot, you will have to walk up a sandy hill that leads you to the beach. Welcome to place of pure sand and ocean. Coming here during the off season allows you to experience serine tranquility. Most rewarding is the continuous sounds of the Atlantic. A sudden discovery of a beautiful seashell. And most of all, a view that sends your mind into an emotionless state of content. These discreet beaches are worth the find.

Fantastic beach, there are life guards on duty with concession stand with a little food options and drinks. They also have umbrellas and chairs you can rent. This place also offers sand wheel chairs for people with disabilities. It's $10 to park all day for non-residents and $5 for residents. It's very clean and the bathhouses have plenty of showers and several bathrooms. The staff at this beach are fantastic and welcoming. When we went there were not very many sea shells to be found. There is a large area for fishing and a separate area for swimming. Dogs are also allowed on this beach.

Beautiful and clean beach. Right before going into Maryland. Big waves and clean sand. Outhouses at the state parks and close to food places. Had a wonderful time. Will definitely go back again. State parks only charge 30 per year to DE residents. to use all DE parks. A must-have..

Fenwick Island Motel is a scam you pay for Canal view room they put you in a street view room they won’t discount it because all king rooms are the same price. That’s the scam. She told me the computer picks your room regardless which one you chose and paid for it’s a scam. The beach is nice. There is no one on the beach running chairs like you’re told. It may be 400 feet away but it’s at least a 10 minute walk because you have to walk on the crosswalks or you’ll get a ticket for Jay walking They sort of tell you the truth you’re close to Ocean City but to be to Ocean City where you want to be on the boardwalk you have to take a bus or drive if you drive you have to pay for parking so be mindful of fenwick scams. I learned...
