Honestly, this place is better than the typical Costco Warehouse. Every time I've been into the Fife Costco Business Center the employees have been kind and even graceful. They are helpful even when they're about to close and you don't realize what time it is and you're not even close to done with your shopping, lol, they are helpful with telling you where items are or even helping you hunt them down without making you feel anxious because the store is closing, instead they try to help you to get you up to the register faster, but without making you feel guilty. Keep in mind, I don't do this intentionally, I have to use a calculator while shopping, and we all should be mindful of the time esp. when you have such a well rounded bunch of service industry workers who are so good at their jobs. Good at the technical environmental portion and even better at the social aspect. People are so disrespectful nowadays, definitely us shoppers, acting like we're spending money so it is what it is. Yeah, umm...,, No, these people do not get the money we spend at the stores that they work at ! Come on guys, they get wages, and the compensation is not even close to the amount us arrogant a$#?@! generally spend during our Costco excursions. Working in any service industry is an honorable job, because the main concept of those positions is to help other human beings bring home necessities to their families. Thank you guys at Costco Business Center in Fife, WA. The only Costco, well actually, the only grocery type store I have always felt...
Read moreThere are some distinct differences between the Business and regular Costco for sure. But if you view them in that perspective I would say you could strike an excellent shopping balance. For example, I grill with charcoal alot and I normally wait for the sale to get the Kingsford Professional Charcoal bags. But I miss the sale more than I catch it. However, I just recently noticed the Business Costco stocks them more often than the regular Costco. Also, there is more of a variety of larger bulk items that may be used continuously; such as chopped salad or coffee for those mass meetings or luncheons. The mood at this business store in Fife is alot different than what you'll experience at the store in Tacoma. It can give off an unfriendly and uninviting vibe by the staff. But when observing those who shop here they are extremely focused on what they're getting. So, I didn't notice much engagement because everyone is in and out with blazing speed! But it's not an excuse for subpar customer service. I observed and experienced it from a few of the employees and they could demonstrate just a tad of professionalism at the exit door and the...
Read moreWe all love going to Costco. But I want to mention the evening crew of this store needs to be little patient with people who are shopping for their small businesses. I have had this same thing happen to me 2nd time in a month. I went to buy tabacco stuff for my store it was 5.45 when i entered the cage and by 6:02 pm they started rushing me saying they are already closed. 3 employees came to me one by one just to warn me thay they wont be able to help me bc they are closed. It doesnt make sense of rushing customers in 2 mins of closing when the customer is already inside the store and is trying to buy stuff. I use to go to Lynnwood business costco from last 10 years and never had this bad experience in my life. But the fife costco really needs to learn how to talk with their customers and how not to rush them right after 2 mins you are closed. I ended up not buying some stuff. It feels like clear harrasment to me. As a small business owner I am ver unsatisfied with this experience. Please do better Fife...
