Absolutely top-tier pho — lives up to the name “Top Pho”!

I’ve eaten pho all over the Seattle area — from downtown Tacoma to Everett and Marysville — and I can confidently say that Top Pho in Fife is one of the very best.

Having lived in Asia for six years, including time in Seoul, South Korea, I’ve experienced a wide variety of Korean and Southeast Asian cuisine. The pho here has an incredibly authentic taste, with rich, flavorful broth, fresh herbs, and perfectly prepared noodles.

The portion sizes are generous, the prices are reasonable, and the service is warm and welcoming. The staff are kind and attentive, and the restaurant is spotless — clean, comfortable, and inviting.

This has truly been one of the most positive dining experiences I’ve had. If you’re looking for a great bowl of pho made with care and authenticity, Top Pho in Fife should be at the top...

First off, the food. Hands down the best pho in Fife, and probably Tacoma too. The broth is so fresh and tasty. It’s a real treat on a cold night or a rainy afternoon. Very high quality. And if pho isn’t your jam, they have all kinds of other choices, from Chinese food to fried rice or a delicious bahn mi sandwich. Prices are all really reasonable to.

Next is the owner and the staff. They are amazing, and I mean amazing. The night before Thanksgiving my family and I went to eat at our favorite pho place. I ended up leaving my wallet. The owner waited for me for over an hour to call after closing! And in case I didn’t call l, she left her number on the window so I could contact her! What kindness to show a person. I have eaten at this restaurant 3 times.

Dined in only once The customer service is Okay but could be better, wasn’t greeted when I came in and sat myself down, the waitress begin to clean tables and never offered me water or anything to drink until I started to follow her with my eyes.

Ordered small bowl of Pho, found hair in my tendon, they’re we’re polite about it and made a new bowl for me. I found there was less meat in the second time.

Also ordered Boba tea which is my favorite drink So I know when it’s made good or not. This time it was not very watery and within minutes of receiving it already begin to separate.
