Thai In Fife

I visited this restaurant a few years ago when my husband opened his new office just down the street. I grew up eating Thai food everyday, and I wasn’t impressed in the least bit. They used some weird hot pepper flakes to “spice” up the dishes, and if you asked for five stars, it was drowning in the hot pepper flakes...which had no flavor. So I ended up picking through my noodle dish to get to the noodles.

Fast forward a few years. My husband would regularly eat here since it was near his office and told me that their food was much better now, so I decided to go here on a lunch date with my friend. HOLY MOLY!!! The food is absolutely FANTASTIC now and very authentic. The avocado fried rice is to die for, and I’ve never had a better serving of pad see ew in my life! The tom ka soup is my husband’s favorite. They don’t drown their dishes with flavorless hot pepper flakes anymore. The spice is actually there. When I ask for five or ten stars...I get it! I live in Puyallup and will have my kids drive to this restaurant in Fife for takeout anytime we want Thai food. It’s my favorite Thai restaurant in the area!
