Taqueria Tres Hermanos — Restaurant in Fife

Not sure why everyone is raving about the customer service here. I've tried this place 3 times. 1st time, they didn't listen when I said no sour cream. My food had sour cream and since I was on lunch break I didnt know until i got back to work.. mind you, it took forever to get my food and I was 1 of 3 customers there. The next time I got my meal replaced. I asked them for hot sauce and fork and got back to work with no sauce and no fork. They assured me everything was in the bag. They tie the bags in a tight knot which makes it almost impossible to check the food before u leave. 3rd time, we called 9am and ordered for an 11:30 pick up. We got there at 11:35. 15 min later (20 min past our original pick up time) we finally got our food. I politely reminded them we called ahead of time to pick up at 11:30 and I wanted to know why it wasn't ready and took so long. The only response I got was "because we are busy" excuse me!?! I call 2 and a 1/2 hours ahead and you cant get my food ready in time? And no apology or offer to discount or anything at all?? Very tacky. Yes the food was good. Wasn't amazing, but because of the repeated bad experiences and the lack of listening and lack of customer service...we will NEVER...

Wow! Sooo good! I was craving my favorite tacos and I usually go to el rinconsito but there wasn't one nearby. Decided to give this place a try since in my way home and I am so glad I did!! The food was made so fast and it was so hot and fresh. It all looks amazing. I'm writing a review while I eat and drive so no pictures but trust the reviews! This place is so good. Def a new fav and will be stopping on my way home from work from now on! Only thing I wish I'd caught was I accidentally ordered birria tacos instead of quesabirria tacos but the birria tacos are so sooo amazing!! The restaurant was also spotless clean!! There was no one dining in and the woman working was still going around and cleaning everything. The free salsa bar was the cleanest and freshest I've ever seen and it's 4:30 in...

Loved the customer service, lady was very friendly. Service was fast as well.

We ordered 3 items 1 Carne asada burrito(regular) it only had beans, rice and meat(no lettuce at least) very plain, we added avocado and sour cream at home to make it better otherwise it's a pass(unless you pay for the extras) 4 asada tacos, they weren't that bad only bad thing is that it had very very little cilantro. 3 carnita sopes, they were really good only thing I absolutely liked.

Suggestion for them to up their burrito game and add lettuce to the regular burrito. And don't be stingy with the cilantro...
