I am a former loyal customers of loonar station as of last night . The regional supervisor Shepherd blatantly lied about a meeting between himself and I. Told me that my concerns and frustrations would be addressed because I have spent thousands of dollars at this location and the products have been faulty. This was the first time in years a person of authority in this place showed genuine concern for the customer. He also misrepresented himself as the owner. I also spoke to him about his manager Terra. For at least two years this woman has been selling me pieces that don’t go together because they have been mixed up or her demeanor is not friendly. Also this manager accused me of doing concentrate .... which she out loud said (dab) while I was complaining about a product . And I tell the regional this and I find out that Terra told the person last night how to assist me. Which was not at all. This meeting last night was set up by Shepherd to address the customer and I was not accommodated at all. Not to mention these people set up a meeting at night to talk to a distraught customer and just left a random in the store. That shows me that they don’t care about their employees. That woman could of gotten hurt or something. I understand that after products are used they can not be taken back... I also understand you have a non refund policy but after spending thousands of dollars in this store on products that break in half trying to disconnect the pieces that are connected together clearly and I meant to be taken a part . I can prove this because they break of smooth and I can super glue it perfectly back together. Instead of receiving a store credit or just replace something for the trouble no I was lied to and disregarded as a customer.. I am very unhappy with this location and the fact that the employees and this business clearly do not care about the customer. Read moreIf I could rate 0 I would. The Findlay location has a major issue with staff professionalism, particularly one employee, Ana. She consistently behaves inappropriately , wearing revealing clothing with her cleavage exposed, openly flirting with customers (including other people’s fiancés), and creating a highly uncomfortable atmosphere. Very unprofessional — not a place I’d return to. On top of that, there were strong smells and behavior during work hours that made me seriously question whether rules were being followed inside the building.
This behavior reflects poorly on the business and made me uncomfortable enough to take my money elsewhere. I prefer the Attic. Management should absolutely take a closer look.

I was helped by two ladies who were incredibly kind, cheerful, and gave excellent customer service. They made me feel heard and really took the time to help me find what was best for my needs.
One of them was very knowledgeable about Kratom and explained the different options clearly. She even told me about a rewards program for the product I was buying, which was a nice bonus I didn’t expect.
As someone brand new to this shop and to Kratom in general, their kindness, helpfulness, and knowledge made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. This kind of customer service is rare these days, and it’s exactly why I’ll definitely be coming back.
