We have stopped here several times over the years to buy coffee for friends on our way back to Missouri. This was the first time we've actually eaten breakfast here. We had donuts and muffins, so the value was good. Two of us ordered frozen hot chocolate and I got the decaf mocha latte with an extra shot of chocolate. It was quite wonderful! :-) however, hubby and I asked them to warm up our muffins. The cashier took them back behind the counter and said she'd be happy to do it. Four minutes later, we were still waiting. When hubby went up to get them, the cashier tried to give us new muffins, forgetting she was supposed to be warming them up. The muffins were returned to us just as cold as they had been before. The flavor was good, but they might have been amazing if they were warm. :-) The restaurant was clean with plenty of employees working to keep things nice and keeping tables cleared, etc. Friendly staff. Just not too efficient at 11am on a Saturday. :-) Update 5/2017: be aware that there is only one stall in the ladies' room here. Also, the employee tonight (10pm on a Friday night) was incredibly slow-moving, and a bit grumpy. The drinks, even the free ice water, were filled about 3/4 instead of full. And the frozen hot chocolate was so chalky and overly sweet neither of my kids would finish theirs. How do you mess up frozen...
Read moreThe phone number on the window for customer satisfaction went right to the store and when I asked about customer satisfaction number the woman laughed at me.
We order 12 donuts, we were told they didn't have the exact ones we wanted, ok no big deal. But when we got our order it wasn't even what ordered.
There is no place to turn around so if they don't have what you want and aren't willing to make it you're forced to sit through the line.
I'll never be going back. I'll gladly give my business to people who care.

Unfortunately my wife talked me into going back. She has had additional issues. We order off the app, go to pick it up and they tell us the donuts are not available. Why do we order ahead then??? So we started calling ahead. That worked 2 times and on the 3rd time we got there and somehow they lost our order. We went to the local donut shop down the road. Read moreI struggled to spend a $50 gift card here over time. Every visit, something was wrong. Many times the employee fixed it, but plenty of the problems never should’ve happened. I prefer the dark roast coffee. Late morning, I asked the employee if it was fresh. If not, I’d be happy to wait. Instead, he poured the coffee and walked straight to the microwave with it. The Tim Horton’s slogan is ‘Always Fresh.’ Not sure what this location’s slogan is. The second location in town unfortunately doesn’t honor loyalty cards or gift cards. Sad biscuit photo attached.
Edit because I see no way of replying to their reply: I called and spoke with management on more than one occasion. I addressed people in person about problems, also. Literally every visit something is wrong. I tried a mobile order on my last visit, and it wasn’t even started when I arrived (to an empty drive thru)....
