Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Findlay

I ordered a pizza(with an oddity i will explain later) , order of cheese sticks and order of the new cinnamon dessert. I ordered for pickup online (easy to use application on my android phone) and found that my order was promptly done at the earliest time provided. The order of the pizza was pepperoni on the whole and mushroom/bacon on the half. It was correctly done and tasted great as always. The cheese bread was great as well (my daughter's favorite) and the cinnamon dessert (wanted by my 9 months pregnant wife-how could i say no?? LOL) I thought this could have been done better. If I could give this papa johns 0 stars I would, the least helpful, the ugliest customer service I have ever felt with. I never even leave bad reviews but for the employee I dealt with to call me incompetent because I didn’t know how to use the online ordering system is ridiculous. I asked 3 different times for a thin crust pizza, ordered and paid for two separate pizzas, was told they would make it thin crust if it was ordered a large pizza so ordered and paid for a large and they still didn’t make it thin crust. I have never been treated so horribly by a business. I never once asked for my money back or a refund I just wanted a thin crust pizza. $40 later I have two incorrect pizzas, I would never order...

I tried to order my pizza online and followed all the online prompts. I also ordered the 2/$10 special for wings and breadsticks. The total order for pick up was $17.99. I attempted to pay for this order online with my gift card and after over 10 minutes of waiting I called the store and they had no record of my order as the website was still processing. I went ahead and ordered a pizza however the store would not honor the two for 10 for the wings and breadsticks I took a picture of this from my computer showing the order however I only got a pizza as they would not honor the online pricing.
