Heavenly Pizza Findlay — Restaurant in Findlay

Very very disappointing. Ordered a jumbo pizza for work and feed several co workers. Order placed and paid for was told it will deliver in 45 minutes. Waited outside by employee entrance but they never showed. Called about 50 minutes and person said it was out for delivery. Waited another 15 minutes and nothing was delivered. Called works security desk and they said nothing was delivered at main entrance either. Called AJ's back and person on the phone again checked into it. They came back and said the wrong address was entered in but they still delivered it to correct location and left it at the security desk. I said I just called and nothing was delivered. They insisted it was dropped off there. I double checked with security and they again said nothing was delivered. I called AJ's back to talk with the manager and let them know it wasn't delivered. He apologies to me and said he can remake my order and deliver it again. At this point it's nearly 1hour and 30 minutes later and it wouldn't arrive for another 45 mintues. I declined his offer and just wanted refunded. I am very very disappointed and will no longer be using them for my work place...

Regrettably I have to report that the delivery order person taking the calls is a rip off. I've ordered several times and the excuses for the over charging is different. The first time I was asked if I wanted to tip my driver. I replied I pay my delivery person with cash. The second time my roommate was asked the same they added 5$ nd was charged double. This time I wasn't asked if I wanted to tip my driver, was given my total. When my card was charged it was 10$ more then what was verbally stated by the person on the phone. When I called back he stumbled over his words and gave a lame explanation about a 3% credit card fee. Excuse me Sir this is the first of me hearing this statement nd I've only ever used my card at this location nd even going into the store the is NO posting of said charge. Trying to get a manager on the phone was hung up on. At the end of the day. Whoever took my call costed the delivery driver their tip. Do Better!!! Food is...

My first time having their pizza. What can I say if you like very sweet sauce you might like this pizza. As for the service, I was greatly disappointed. My 25 minute wait turned into 45 to 50 minutes. But I believe my pizza was ready in 25 minutes. After asking about my order I waited for the other customer to get their food. Then after that they could find my order and had to ask me again what I ordered. They finally found it, someone put it in the back. So I got a lukewarm pizza and wings since it wasn’t being kept warm. The only thing said was sorry. But I do feel bad for the young girl working the counter who had to give me the pizza and tell me that they screwed up. I might not have been so upset if the manager had at least tried to make things right. But that’s customer service nowadays you get...
