I didn't know it was that difficult to read an order and get it right. The food is never the same. I go there a lot. And sometimes it's crappy, I mean like not melted, or cold, and sometimes good. But a lot of times they put everything on the order. Some of your sauces make me sick. And low and behold it's on my order. I always either give it away, throw it away, or wash my hands and I never learn. I still go and waste my money and never get anything in return except the wrong order. Some people would call you out on your mistakes or just go to get a free item without paying. But damn when you mess up continuously and I finally break down and go through the drive your manager gets an attitude. My best advice to your employees Dont mess my shit and I wouldn't have to deal with your sloppy unprofessional habits. Taco Bell you need to pay your employees better so they care more about your customers. The amount you give doesn't seven come close to how much you charge your customers. Read moreWe just went through the drive thru and for spending almost $30 (for what little food we ordered) it was disappointing. One of our 3$ steak burritos was as flat as a cheese roll up. It had 3 pieces of steak, no red strips, no pico & barely anything else. It tasted like it had extra chipotle on it when it was suppose to be light. The 3$ cheesy melt steak burrito we ordered was almost just as bad. The crunchy tacos are a hit & miss. You may get good taco shells you may not. Anymore, it seems that we get either soggy or broken or both. Not sure what the problem was today. Next, you should probably train your employees to answer the phone like they may care just a little. When I called all she said was Taco Bell & sounded like her life was depressing. When I said thank you before we hung up all I got was yep. Not good customer service & I'm assuming she's some kind of manager or crew leader. I should've taken pics but I didn't. We were all hungry but I will definitely do so next time! Read moreTaco Bell was great this visit ...great service...but tonight was not the best ...we did a noble order as always to go drive Thur and the guy said I can’t find your order...you are gonna have to come in ...so I moved out of the line and Proceeded to go inside and then I remembered I didn’t have no shoes on wasn’t plan on getting out and neither did my husband and so I’m like no I’m not going in ...I’m going back to the drive-through ... it was a hassle because I had to turn around and get back in line and wait for three cars and then a different person found my order...she gave me my order and said thank you but she didn’t have any drinks for us ...that we ordered and paid for...then she asked what we wanted and we told her and asked her for no ice ...well guess what it had plenty ice that we didn’t ask for...it’s not that big of a deal....but this happens often ...so we got everything and got home and food was good...overall they are pretty good except a few times when they couldn’t...
