My wedding ring that I had been wearing for 23 years needed to go in for repairs. My husband has always taken care of this for me, but when he went to the mall, he discovered that Weisfields had permanently closed. When he came home with the news, I cried. Not only for my rings but for every piece of jewelry he had bought me from there with now a non-exisistant lifetime warranty. He shortly left the house again, refusing to say where he was going. It wasn't long before my phone rang, and it was my husband on the line with Trisha from Fircrest Jewelers who had looked at my wedding ring set , my right hand ring, and a small channel set diamond & ruby ring. She outlined what needed to be done to each of them, and in one week, I received a text from Rosiland that my rings were ready for pickup. I could not be happier with the work they did on all of my rings. They completely refurbished my wedding set, which is good now for another 20 years ! The customer service I received was outstanding. Especially so when I went to pick up my rings, and I gave Rosiland my debit card, which was promptly declined (because of our local credit union being offline!) that she graciously accepted a personal check. We even discussed a possible upcoming project involving a diamond my sister had left me. For never using them before,Fircrest jewelers felt like going home. Quality through and through and really, really nice people makes it so easy to wholeheartedly recommend ...

I received my grandma's original wedding ring after she passed. It was missing a center diamond chip and needed to be restored. I'm so glad we chose this place!

The person who helped us was super sweet and patient showing us many different options even though we ended up being there a bit after closing trying to decide what we wanted to do. We chose to replace the center with a diamond instead of fitting a small chip into the setting like before, but also wanted to keep the look as similar to the original as possible. They did such great work on it! It was done for a reasonable price and even ready sooner than expected. It's absolutely beautiful! We couldn't be happier with the whole experience and are extremely grateful for the level of care we received for a piece of jewelry that has more sentimental value to us than monetary worth. It was wonderful to be able to trust them with something so important to us and have confidence that they would do a good job, then have it turn out even better than we hoped. We will definitely be going back to them for any jewelry repair or purchases in the future and highly recommend them...

I've now had 3 pieces of jewelery repaired here and every time they do an amazing job. I had a necklace fixed last year and they did such great work with what I was concerned with so I decided to bring a bracelet in to be resized a few months after. It was a bit too big and they took a few links off. The repair is seamless and not noticeable at all. My third piece is a ring I've had for 13 years. It's a gold band with 2 hearts that has been pretty banged up over the years. I expected with the break being on the side and really nowhere to blend it in that there would be some sort of visible line but you can't tell at all(I was fully thinking it would be put back together and I'd be able to tell even a little but maybe not everyone else). I was pleasantly surprised. It was also slightly misshapen and they completely corrected that. As far as pricing, I haven't been anywhere else so I can't speak on that but ill say they definitely seem like the prices are fair for the quality you receive. I can not recommend...
