Oh my gosh, where do I start. I took the first time home buyers class which was taught by Curtis Gibson and Annika Day Dunlap. I chose Curtis as my Realtor and Annika as my finance person. Worst decision I ever made. These people defiantly take advantage of first time home buyers. Curtis recommended someone for a home inspection which later turned out to be his friend. He also knew the people that were selling my house. He was so ready to get us in here he didn't disclose everything. Us being new to this world believed what he was telling us. Within 2 months I had a whole upstairs full of mold. Turns out there was no insultion AT ALL! According to his licensed and bonded home inspector everything was fine. 1 year later turns out my roof is leaking and damaging my attic. I was told I got a brand new roof. Again by curtis and his licensed and bonded home inspector. Now here I am 4 years later and the upstairs bathroom that they put in is leaking all over. Pulled it out and low and behold the wall behind it was covered with water due to no insulation behind the tub. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! I totally trusted Curtis and Annika and now i am stuck with a home that needs more work than the 144,000 we paid for it. If you can avoid it, don't choose them as your realtors!! Take the class because it's very informative but do your research on your realtor. Ours just wanted the money and didn't care about...

Adriann Ford is THE BEST. Walking into an open house we saw and meeting her was the best decision we ever made. We bought a house in Puyallup sight unseen while living in Dallas. Adriann goes far above any expectations and worked like crazy through all the offers we made, helped us find wonderful people to work with for all stages. She took a whole bunch of videos and photos of the house we decided on and the neighborhood and was available constantly. She must work 24/7 because even with the time difference she was always getting back to us immediately. Also, her confidence and calm and industry knowledge really helped quell the nerves and emotional ups and downs when trying to make such a huge decision with all the money we can scrape together.
