This place is SO fun. As first timers, we were unsure but wanted somewhere fun with an arcade where both the kids and adults could have fun. This place is super affordable. I can’t remember the exact price but it was about 10 dollars for each child over two. That includes unlimited time on the giant indoor playground area. My kids 11, 8, and 2 had a blast. We got there late morning and there wasn’t too many people, and afternoon the kids were everywhere. Best times to go are late morning and evening. I was even able to play with my kids on the playground as a 28 year old.
The arcade place is amazing. So many people around us were winning jackpots. Lots of games for fun or for tickets. The machines definitely make lots of people winners, which is nice because I know a lot of similar places are rip offs that have next to no winners. My husband won a jumbo jackpot of 1800, another for 760, and some smaller ones and totaled over 4,000 tickets. They have Mario Kart, Crossy Roads, basketball dunk, a Jurassic park game, space invaders, etc. Tons of options for all ages! They even have a separate area for laser tag but I believe that costs additional.
The food area was honestly great. I expected Chuck E Cheese quality and was surprised. The pizza was super good, looked amazing. We also got two hotdogs and they were giant and delicious. One small slushy was only under 2 dollars! The hotdog was only a few dollars too. The menu had a ton of options and everything was super affordable! Clean bathrooms, too! Lots of big hand sanitizers near the admission counter.
Highly recommend this place! The best part for me was everything being so nice,...
Read moreI have 10 kids...we have alot of birthdays in November..went on the 4th had a great time spent over 350$ it was a blast everyone wanted to go back for the 2 birthdays on the 17th. We invited more people so we had a party of 16 people spent over 450$ this time with Lazer tag jungle gym and 800 tokens with food. The staff were very friendly, the manager on duty could definitely use some retraining in customer service. I went to order the pizza for the our guest we invited..I had my older daughter watch my little baby in the jungle gym. The sign said no shoes aloud she put hers and her sisters shoes next to the table..no big deal..the manager came over took their shoes put them in the back..meanwhile I am getting the pizzas I asked for their shoes back he told me I had to pay for them to play on the jungle gym. They are 15 and 14 they did notplay in there..he refused to give me the shoes until I paid for theirs and my granddaughters she never stepped foot in the jungle gym...at this point my pizza is getting cold he is single handedly ruining this party...I paid and tried to move on. I really had no choice I couldn't just leave. I bought 2 rounds of Lazer tag for the kids ..as we were leaving he approached me again asking for the money I already had pain holding my babies shoes hostage. At this point I am enraged..this is unbelievable so unacceptable. Not only did he attempt to ruin this party that cost me almost 500 in the middle he had us leave on a very bad note.we will NOT be coming back. I was so embarrassed had to apologize to my guests..I know they won't be planning any parties...
Read moreRented a party room for my sons birthday as some of my best memories were here at odyssey 1. Unfortunately, it’s unlikely we will be back.
The party: the hostess at first seemed so sweet, genuine and I felt like she was really putting in the extra effort to be kind / helpful.. she even did balloon animals for every kid then when it was time to pay everything changed. My hostess was busy, so I paid the remainder of my bill with a friends card( I did not have my debit card on me) I was going to leave a cash tip once I was able to run back out to my car but instead got to listen to the front desk staff, (red curly hair) including my hostess bad mouth me because “I left 0 tip” on the card transaction and they were even doing the hand gestures for 0.. little did they know I wanted to leave cash but I end up saying to both employees faces that I heard them talking about me and she will not be receiving a tip any longer. They acted “confused” and just avoided me the rest of the time. Unprofessional. stop bad mouthing your customers, especially since we can HEAR YOU!
The arcade needs some serious work, most machines ate coins without playing the game. Didn’t give out tickets, some literally just had tape over it and says “error” pretty disappointing. I attached a picture for reference. The amount of tickets you need for one small dollar store prize is ridiculous / very cheap.
Jungle gym was clean, secure and the kids had the most fun in there. It does look exactly the same as it did when I was a child, which was a fun experience to share...
