Very cute little shop, I had high hopes upon walking in and seeing all the the cute items they had to offer since I absolutely love to support small businesses, but was disappointed that my mom and I were not greeted at any point while we were looking around and crossed paths several times with someone who I thought was a fellow shopper until hearing the owner call her "mom" and realizing it was probably not a coincidence the she was circling the areas we were browsing. I couldn't bring myself to purchase anything from a business who couldn't even muster a simple "hello". Very disappointing experience, I would have loved to find a new place to shop every month when I'm early for my wax appointments a few doors down. I am IMPRESSED. I went to Paper Luxe last weekend in celebration of Stationary Store Day. They had a 20% off sale on certain items. I received an email today that the discount hadn't applied to my account correctly and that they went ahead and refunded me the amount that should have been discounted. They could have kept those few extra dollars and I'd have never known otherwise, but I'm thrilled that they did. I'm so happy to support a company with integrity....
