I had the best experience with Shea’s Diamonds! I went to Reashea to find an engagement ring for my now fiancée. I didn’t know much or have much money. Reashea was able to work within my small budget and was diligent in researching prices and materials. She was so helpful in telling me everything I needed to know about materials, stones, cuts, and settings. She was so personal and involved in the process. She helped me pick out the ring and kept my updated throughout the entire process. She is very trust worthy and when she gives her word she means it! There was an accident with the ring where the people she was working with cracked the ring. She told them that she gave her word to me that I would pay what she said I would for the ring and I would get it on time. She called multiple people and fought to keep her word to me. 2020 hasn't been the best year but ended with a bang! I won a $1000 gift card in ornament smash from 104.1 WLBC from Shea's Diamond's in Muncie. Had a bent ring I was looking to get fixed. I took it into Shea's to get it repaired. Upon inspection, she found that the center stone was cracked as well. At first, I was going to get it repaired anyway, but later called to cancel the repair, planning to just get a new one. When I went to pick up the ring, it had been unbent and polished free of charge, so my wife could wear it until we get a replacement.
