Room Service on Wheels — Restaurant in Fishers

I moved My Family to Fishers One Week Ago to Be Apart of a Company that Cares for Clients with Detrimental Effects from Covid-19. Even Prior to Our Making Our Move We Were Dead Set on Visiting this Restaurant. We Spent a Significant Amount of Time Viewing Their Website and Looking at Their Menu. On Sunday We Finally had the Opportunity to Visit this Restaurant. When We Arrived the Outside Area was Full of People and We Could Hear Live Music. The Woman at the Entrance Table Taking Money to Enter Explained that this was Only Their Fourth Day Being Open and this Event was Their Grand Opening. She Began to Further Explain Why There was a Cover Charge, and that the Inside Seating was Full. I Began Explaining that NONE of this Information was on Their Website and In Fact the Website States that There Wasn't Inside Seating at All. The Woman at the Table was Very Apologetic. A Male(Randy) Approached the Table and Asked What the Problem Was. He was Very Curt and had a Very Distasteful Look on His Face. As I Attempted to Explain that We had Literally Just Moved to the Area and Were Extremely Excited About Trying this New Establishment, However All of the Information that We Obtained on the Website was Inaccurate So I was Completely Caught Off Guard. His Response was that I should have Checked Their Social Media. I Again Tried to Explain that We Were New and Didn't Think that the Website Would Steer Us in the Wrong Direction. His Response was, We'll Take that Into Consideration. Are You Staying or Not?? And He Walked Away. It was Very Apparent that There was Something that He Did Not Care for About Myself and My Family. He Made It VERY Clear that He Did Not Want Us There and Could Careless If We Stayed. I was Outdone and Speechless at How We Were Treated. Granted, We Did Not Look Like Any of the Other Customers, But Why Would That Have Anything to Do With Us Wanting to Try Their New Restaurant?? As We Walked Away, My Daughter Who is Mentally Challenged Asked Me, Mom, Why Did He Treat You that Way??? What Did We Do Wrong??

We Pass this Establishment Everyday, Multiple Times Per Day and She Asks Everyday What We Did Wrong and Why He Treated Us the Way that He Did and If She Will Ever Get to Eat There. It’s Really Sad that in 2023 there are Still People that Make Decisions/Judgements Based on the Color of Our Skin or Outer...

Gotta give it to you straight, this place was PHENOMENAL. For starters, a ridiculous amount of options are available. We chose to get “The Lantern Burger” as well as their signature tenderloin. For sides we choose fries and mac and cheese. The food was ready within 15 minutes and you are constantly being updated on the status of your order via text. boy oh boy were we pleasantly surprised. Our meals were cooked with precision, along with quality ingredients that made for an excellent dinner. Other then the food, the staff was extremely kind. I had a chance to speak with Bill. He seemed to be in a position of authority, and I can say without a doubt I would be a very happy employee if he were to be my supervisor. In conclusion, I couldn’t be happier this place opened up across the street from my apartment, but I would drive an hour for service like this. 9.7/10...
