I visited Jay's Smoke Shop at 66 John Fitch Highway Fitchburg. Open Mon-Sat 9am-8pm Sun 10am-7pm. Wow this place is huge!! An enormous cigar humidor, so many smoking accessories... everything you could imagine! Looks like such an amazing place for gifts. I chatted with Sunny here who is the owners brother :) they are opening a new location at Parkhill plaza soon as well. I took a ton of pictures.

5+ Stars to an awesome shop. This has been my second visit to them for another Grav Lavs product. The staff is always very friendly anytime I stop by. This is my new goto spot for glass and pax / 510 threaded batteries. Would recommend.

I’m giving Jay’s Smoke Shop 5 stars! The owner and everyone who works here is welcoming and friendly. They have a great variety with great brands. It’s worth mentioning the cigar humidor towards the back of the shop. See pictures. They have plenty of parking!

My experience was okay it wasn't that great the customer service could have been a lot better they could have been a lot friendlier that was just my opinion from my experience that I had they actually have some good prices on a lot of the merchandises they have there that was the plus side about it I love the one that's in with their I get an amazing Christmas gift from a friend from there I hope people have a better...

Very fair, very nice and great customer service… and they have great Kratom and cigars prices. I don’t go anywhere else. Highly suggest

By far the best Kratom prices in the area.. 12.99 for Kratom OPMS Black!! No other store comes close to that.
