Update Aug 2025: I have been a CP member now for seven years, reaching almost 1.000 classes, and do not regret one day. If anything, my love for it has grown. The instructors are so knowledgeable and take the time to know you and your body/goals. People of any size and ability can do Pilates, and instructors will help you attain your goals, whether that’s mobility, weight loss, or just feeling better about yourself. My favorite instructors are Annie, Jen, Betsy (Elizabeth), Carrie and Adrienne. No two classes are ever the same and this keeps your mind and body sharp. This is a judgment free zone! No Insta-snaps and everyone says good morning. I’ve made some of my best friends at Pilates and it has been worth every penny for my health and overall well-being. Don’t make excuses! Do it!

In January, I will have been a member for two years and I can honestly say this is the only thing I’ve ever done that not only doesn’t feel like a chore, but that I look forward to everyday. This isn’t just a gym, but a way of life and it’s changed mine completely. I’ve lost weight, yes, but going to Club Pilates has also changed my mindset. The people who go there are completely free of judgment and everyone talks to you like a friend—and I love my CP friends! The instructors are amazing and know what they are doing and are able to show you how to modify the class according to what you are able to do. The Covid cleaning procedures here are second to none. I feel very safe, respected, and stronger as a result. CP is worth every penny I pay and I honestly feel like it’s an investment in myself. It's not just a workout....it's become a lifestyle. It is hands down the best part of my day!
The exercises are easy on the joints, and can always be modified if you have any injuries or chronic problems. You get to know all of the instructors. The best thing is that no two classes are EVER the same, and each instructor has their own style. This really sets it apart from most other forms of exercise, which become very repetitive - ultimately leading to burnout and demotivation.
And it really is for EVERYONE. I have Lupus, and this has really helped improve my personal day-to-day physical well-being. With a combination of a healthy diet, and pilates, I feel the best I ever have in my life. I really can't recommend pilates...

As you learn how to do it correctly you are always improving each form and exercise.
Our instructors always change up the routine even for the beginner classes.
If this fits your lifestyle and budget, the unlimited membership is a no-brainer. The amount of money I’ve spent here is worth it because of the agility, flexibility, injury prevention, fall prevention, back pain relief, and most of all benefit to mental health (anxiety relief, bilateral stimulation, breathing) is well worth it.
