This store has a horrible manager. Christina is rude, unprofessional and very discourteous. I was in the store today to exchange an item. The associate was very nice but did not give me the correct change. I went back to the store and explained the sit and that I was owed 15.00. Kelly and the other ladies there did try to help and I apologize for the extra work they did on my behalf BUT Christina was on the phone yelling at me about how they have a protocol and since the registers are not over, they are unable to give me the money back. So okay a lesson learned. Use my charge from now on BUT Christina is about as rude as I have ever met. She was actually YELLING at me since I asked if there were cameras that could check the denomination of the $ given to the clerk. I am going to send a letter to the president of LOFT and anyone else that will listen. This woman is about the worse leader I have ever encountered. Stay away from this store and Christina. Read moreThis store has horrible costumer service. I love the loft, love their stores, and spend much money in there. Other lofts practice appropriate customer service (greeting upon entry, asking for help as you shop, getting a fitting room, etc). This shop has many employees that do no practice this. It’s frustrating because most of the time I am the only customer or maybe in there with one other shopper. I have to say a few ladies have been kind in there but I don’t see them often or regularly. I have literally stood in this location with arms full of goods... only to put everything back to order online bc the people were not helpful and rude . For as much as businesses are struggling right now, you would think they would be working harder to keep customers happy.
