Good food I'll give them that. But they treat their employees like slaves. They offer no insurance no holiday pay but expected to work for peanuts with a smile. With the overpriced food you would think they could afford to at least match what McDonald's employees make. But the owners are greedy and don't care. They are terrible with cronies. You find yourself being promised promotion then they hire a friend with no experience as a full time manager with a pay increase. Oh and heaven forbid you have a medical issue you'll be fired. Oh and don't get injured on the job either they will fire you before they'll even consider workman's comp. Oh and if you have medical documents proving you have emotional issues you're fired if you don't smile. Danielle is a pill junkie but don't drink and go get food on your day off you'll get fired. Don't ask for help either. Out of all jobs they are by far the worst company to work for. Even after two years after being fired without just cause I'm still bitter. And how they fired a good manager for being injured they suck. So yeah go support a business that believes it's ok to treat the employees who work hard like they are nothing. Unless you're a friend of theirs. Oh and the homophibic remarks were the best part. Calling me lobby girl. The only reason I didn't sue was because they would have fired any one who was associated with me. But karma...
Read moreI had a terrible experience at this Five Guys location today (March 15, 2025). I drove 20 min from Frenchtown to this Five Guys in Flemington where I placed my order exactly as I wanted—no lettuce, but with grilled onions, mushrooms, ketchup, and everything else I selected. However, when I got home and opened my burger, it was completely wrong. It was full of lettuce, which I NEVER order because I don’t even eat lettuce. On top of that, the mushrooms and grilled onions I requested were completely missing.
The receipt clearly shows what I supposedly “ordered,” but it doesn’t match what I actually asked for. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a meal, expect it to be correct, and then be disappointed when it’s not.
To make things worse, even my milkshake was handled poorly by the same employee, Jean De Dieu N. He handed it to me with the cup completely dirty with chocolate all over it. I had to ask him to clean it before I could even take it. This is basic professionalism, and it’s shocking that employees here don’t seem to receive proper training or supervision.
This kind of mistake shouldn’t happen, especially at a place like Five Guys, where customers are paying a premium for what’s supposed to be a quality experience. Unfortunately, this location is a complete disappointment. I won’t be coming back unless they fix their service and start training their...
Read morePlace is well lit and airy. Plenty of nice seating with tables. They had LOTS of peanuts for customers to serve themselves. The order counter was not cluttered. The order taker was friendly, upbeat and answered all questions about the toppings. My cheeseburger was cooked to order. The toppings were ample and the bun was toasted. I ordered small fries and they were more than plentiful. My order was take out. Cheeseburger was well wrapped in foil so nothing dripped. Fries were placed in a cup with extras placed in the brown bag. Nice amount of napkins and not the fall apart type. Order did not take long at all remember these are not premade but cooked to order. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and the buying experience. Ample parking and...
