Inspired Getaway — Local services in Fletcher

Inspired Getaway has customer service that is second to none. My first interaction was me making a phone call to them at 8pm on a Saturday night because I made a mistake on my booking. To my surprise they answered immediately, and corrected the mistake.

We were planning to visit the Asheville area in October of 2024. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip due to the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. They offered a full refund, and communicated promptly when they knew that the situation would not improve in time for our visit. Though we are sad we won’t be able to spend time in beautiful Western North Carolina, we understand that only locals and those providing relief and aid should be in the area.

We look forward to the day when the area has healed enough for tourists to come back, so that we can stay with Inspired Getaway. Hands down they have been some the nicest people I’ve dealt with, and I wholeheartedly endorse...

Just had an amazing stay at Black Horse Retreat hosted by Inspired Getaway. First off, Christina and Travis saved the day with my last minute book in on Labor Day weekend!! I was traveling and had a hard time finding a place to stay last minute to visit family in Asheville. Tried other places and Inspired Getaway pulled through! Black Horse Retreat is where we stayed and the house was very clean and had the the amenities we needed. They even had fans in the closets to sleep peacefully at night!
