ALDI — Local services in Flint Charter Township

I wish I could give less. But the one star is fine because the store as Aldi is clean and organized. I myself work at Aldi at a new location, and this used to be my home location. I wish we wore nametags so I could tell who this girl was. But she was cashier on 10/11 around 5:20pm and has no respect for customers. I was trained to be fast and efficient at checkout, and she was fast alright. So fast I paid for 3 items that weren't mine. I didn't make a deal out of it because I didn't want to cause a scene for her. But that is just crazy. She got upset that I kept my few items in a box (this is done at my store, and it flies). Proceeds to put my items and the person behind me in the cart at the end and tells me I can't take the cart after throwing them(yes fast but messy) in there. Other Aldi and mine you excuse yourself, 1 code and go grab another for a customer for good customer service. To go the extra mile. This was not the case. This was just a very bad experience after now knowing, seeing and working the Aldi experience. I will go out of my way to go to my Aldi as this one made me feel unwelcome and under appreciated...

Love Aldi's, some people got the wrong idea they think Aldi's sell discounted old food about to expire. Watch the YouTube video on and About Aldi's how the started and why they are cheaper. The employees are great hard working very friendly. If you don't like wasting money check them out. The only reason you would not like Aldi's is if you're bought and sold on name brands marketed to you and can't try something else. All their products are what people like. So trying a new product or brand at a cheaper price, better quality and usually a healthier choice in ingredients & packaging. Go online see the deals . And check out the once a week deals that manufacturers put in the stores for pennies on the dollar to get people interested in the products or items. If you see something you like don't hesitate to get . Missed out on items that I had to get anyways that cost me up to 80% more. Because they sold out quickly. Have always enjoyed going to Aldi! You do have to watch a little what you buy are some things might be a little more expensive or sometimes the produce isn't quite as good. You just have to watch closely. There are so many things that you can get there that are one of a kind and it is so difficult to find some of the things other places. Most of their stuff is very high quality and is quite good. In fact we laugh about it now but my son wanted a refrigerator for his bedroom for whatever reason and we discussed it and he was a very good child we had no problems ever so we decided to. That has been over 20 years ago and the refrigerator still running. $39 was well spent is how I look at it. That's just an example so if you like something different or you like to get a good buy then go to Aldi.
