KFC — Restaurant in Flint Charter Township

Visiting a family member in the area, we ordered a larger order, via doordash to feed a crowd. The order arrived missing items, and including some we didn't order. Called the store to be told by the manager to pack up all the food, bring to the store and they would replace, but they would need to see the "wrong food". Although inconvenient, this was a reasonable request. Arrive at store, return all food to counter, now this food has been out, packed, unpacked and repacked, from the store to us with the dasher and with us back the store = cold food that's been out. The manager proceeds to tell us at this point they will not replace the meal but only ala carte provide the incorrect items...they rest we would have to take back home cold for everyone. I reminder her she said if we brought back they would replace, which of course she says she never said and that she would have to call the regional manager to approve that. I said she should go ahead and do that, she disappeared for about 30 seconds and told us her boss said no. Left the food on counter, exchanged a few angry words, after also being told the refund would have to be issued through doordash. So all this time, still no food, or cold food, no refund and a to do list of calling KFC and Doordash. P.S. Door dash was great and refunded plus some....KFC rotated me through 3 different agents, and did nothing. Terrible location, terrible manager - Terrible...

I ordered a 12 pc original chicken only and also an additional 8 pc meal with extra sides tonight around 8:23p and did not receive my food until after 9:43p. I had to wait 25 minutes for a fresh order of chicken to be made. After the 25 minutes passed I still didn’t receive my food and 3 other cars that came after me received their food first. I called into the store to ask when my food would be ready and I was told that it just came up at 9:31p and I still had to wait. Once I received my food the biscuits were crispy, the mashed potatoes weren’t even half full inside the dish that they came in. I truly believe that the staff means well but please educate them on how important it is to keep customer service first. Staff please take your time on orders instead of rushing through them. My wife generally likes KFC. Give ever this is not the place to go for. We go here because this is the closest one. One in many ovations they don’t have what we ask for. When we ask for crispy chicken they give you the original. When I open the box I find out and ask them why I have original instead of crispy and they would say they don’t have crispy any more. Many nights when I try to ask them for something they usually say they don’t have it any more. Clearly their management sucks. We always try to dive to the next KFC or go to some other store. Recently I have moved from flint and realized how good KFC food is. I recommend you to avoid this store at all cost. Only thing they seem to get right is the pot pie. So if you go there try...
