US Nails — Local services in Flint Charter Township

I Will never go back ever again! I took my daughter who is 10 to have a girls day, I thought we would go get our nails done. So I took her to US nails and we waited an hour finally it was our turn. We told them what we wanted I just wanted a French manicure. With white tips. He told me he couldn’t do it because he had no white powder. So I told him he could use a white tip instead because they don’t chip and I prefer the white tip anyways. So he got so rude and the wife came over and I tried explaining it to her how another place does it all the time. She told me to go there then. But then she realized what I was trying to say and she said she could do it. They embarrassed both me & my daughter and also offended everyone in the store but their regular lady. My daughter didn’t get what she wanted because she was too afraid of them getting upset,so I told her to keep it simple. They ended up cutting my cuticle too btw! I still tipped them $5!! I think the woman whom did my nails was rude! Pushing my hands around like I'm deaf. No offense to the deaf. Just meaning she can just ask me to put them where needed. I told her before she got started that my hands were very sore and arthritic. I felt like I was a problem to her. I was looking over their service price list. I was contemplating getting a pedicure as well as nails. Well until the woman says to me, you look confused. She says I charge you $5 more for polish. Never heard of that! It was reg. Polish, not gel or anything. Normally I tip quite well. But not her! She seemed very nice to begin with. She burned me a couple times with that dremel. Oh I sorry she says not really meaning it. I didn't say a word. I will not be returning! Unfortunately, it is close to home and seemed cleaner than most salons. Also hate when the techs talk again and you know what they are...

Went here for the first time today.. There was two staff members and two customers. One was getting a pedicure which was almost done and one getting nails done which was also almost done. I asked for a delux pedicure and the lady said No we don’t do delux, the salon down the street does tho. I said okay that’s fine I’ll still get a regular pedicure. Then I asked her if she she could take my nails off as well (note I did not want a new set just a take off…The lady very rudely said no I don’t have time. I there is only two people in here mam and she said I don’t have time! I ask her what time do they close and she disregarded my question and said there is customers on the way. But it is odd that on other reviews multiple people said they don’t take appointments. So basically I take it as she just didn’t want to service me. So much for a first impression. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
