Don’t get me wrong, their produce department, deli department have 5 stars.

Their MEAT department STAFF on the other hand, have a 0 stars rating, if I only could.

Today I went to pick up some meat, as we always do twice a week, and their team are just: #1.Rude, #2.unprofessional, #3.slow to attend. The reason why I’m writing this review is because is not the first time, nor the second or the third time I’ve come across the same issue with these guys. Always joking around with dirty language, disrespectful towards female customers and o have seen this myself! Like I said, if this was a one time only thing, even twice, I’d let it slide. But I’ve had it. I really hope the owner of this establishment sees this review and correct this wrong and unprofessional behavior. My goal is not to get these guys in trouble but rather to make them aware that some customers maybe, just maybe are reviewers such as myself, and can either promote or even demote establishments online.

I took my ticket, stood there for good half and hour and the guy who was supportive help me just disappeared! Not even one of the guys bother in asking me if I was being helped while I stood there, I saw most of them laughing as if they were all in cahoots to play a joke on me, until I finally got up to the counter and asked one of them if someone could help me, the guys who finally helped me said to me (in Spanish language) that the guy who was originally helping me had gotten his toe hurt with a bucket, then they all laughed at the same time. So yea, they were all definitely playing a joke on me.

So here’s my public reaction toward that joke and disrespectful behavior. A low rating for that MEAT department personnel. Let’s see what customs have to say about this post, because I will not limit myself to only reviewing in google, wait until I publish this story on other social media platforms and places like yelp and so if I do not get a response an public apology now from the management or the owner(s).

Unbelievable....

We will never return.  We used to visit this store frequently until last month.  We went in to shop around 8pm.  My 9 year old is autistic, and his routine is to use the washroom whenever we enter a store.  We were stopped that night by a young lady.  She aggressively told us we could not use the washroom because she had already cleaned it.  We tried to explain to her the situation.  She became confrontational and condescending.  My son could not understand why the lady was not allowing him to use the washroom.  He has limited speech and it was very difficult to communicate to him what was going on.  We even offered to clean up after ourselves.  She seemed to love that she had the upper hand and the more we explained the more extreme her attitude.   We told her we could not believe it and made it clear we would not be back specifically because of her.  She literally responded with she didn't care and reminded us that we still could not use the bathroom.  Midway through, a supervisor came to witness.  The supervisor kept telling the employee to "shut up" but the employee blatantly ignored her and got more and more loud. Such poor...

This place is dirty. They only clean where they think people will see. The restaurant food is disgusting, I guess they have us hispanics with low standards. The chips they gave us were not made there , just from an open stale bag of Calidad yellow brand . Chef looks depressing as her undercooked old stale food. Moving to the bakery where suspiciously is under another name and tax account , the bread tastes like NOTHING , bread has no flavor at all and all flat and the muffins taste like fridge , the fact that the fridge has a taste is disgusting that means is dirty and not properly cleaned. The cakes have 80% more whipped cream than cake. Now of course there are good things , the bolillo is great , the fruits and veggies are nicely displayed and fresh (medium quality level) the variety on meat and the variety of products from different hispanic countries.And not one employee in the whole store could tell me why there are 2 types of taxes, maybe some basic knowledge would be nice but again, I guess owner has us hispanics in low...
