I came here specifically to buy gold jewelry. I recently switched from wearing silver to gold. I specifically asked the sales lady if the ring was real diamonds and real gold. She said yes. The gold after 3 months turned silver because it’s gold plated. I do hair for a living and would never purchase anything gold plated bc my hands are in water all the time nor would I wast my money ever on gold plated anyways . I called and I was told there was nothing they could do about it bc I was literally right over the 90 days to be able to return. Although I was told the sales rep who sold it to me no longer works there. Unfortunately before I could find this out I bought a gold bracelet from there which happens to be real but if I would have known this then I would have never given them another sale and I will not buy anything in the future from them. I would have been a lifetime customer and would have bought many more pieces from them In the future . Considering they can’t make this right you have lost my business!!!! Very u professional to not even try to make something right that was your fault .Simply because your sales person sold me something by telling me it was something it was not! Your sale associates should be more educated in your products before allowing them to help people...

Myself and My Husband have purchased many things from our local Piercing Pagoda, the last items being a set of earrings for our child. While we were shopping the young lady behind the counter started telling us about their “Extended Service Agreement”and how it covered loss and damage. She said if 1 earring is lost bring in the remaining earring and they would replace it. This sounded great especially since they were a gift for a child. Well that definitely isn’t the case, it cover damage but not loss! It was a total lie to make the sell.
