If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I dislike this place. It's overly priced and the workers are rude. I was looking around today and this man that works there came over to me and said for me to not mess up the store. I was looking through the movies and hadn't even taken any out yet. He told me if he had to tell me again he would kick me out. He was extremely rude and continued to harass me. I walked around the store and he followed me constantly. Every time I touched a movie, he would say how I can't mess it up because it trashes the store. The store is already trash. I will be telling my friends and family about this experience and making sure none of us ever come back. This guy needs to be fired. This store needs to be shut down. So I called their hotline, and a guy who could clearly not speak English very well answered my call and didn't understand how to help me. He said he canceled it again, which he didn't. Now I got charged for this membership I didn't even want, that I didn't even ask for, and I had to call the hotline, again. Not only am I mad that I received the wrong item after waiting for weeks, but I'm also extremely dissatisfied with their return policies. They ensure "100% customer satisfaction," but I don't see how that's the case when you have to jump through hoops for what should be a simple return and when I can't even find a basic customer service number to call - you HAVE to email them.
