Bubble house — Restaurant in Florence

WOW, what a cool little spot! Took my kiddos to get some ice cream, and instead, we were met with "dinner and a show!" 😂 The kids really enjoyed watching the ice cream rolls being made, and the size plus all the toppings are pretty generous for the price you pay. I heard some people in line complaining about how long it took to get their treats, but you're not really here for the speed of the service, you're here for the quality and experience! Plus they actually MAKE the food in front of you so you know exactly what's being done. I can appreciate that, especially since you never know how people are preparing your food these days. The best thing about this establishment is the manager (owner? Operator? Whatever he is, he's always here and is amazing). He is extremely friendly and personable and boy does he know his products. He has offered personal recommendations and customizations to make our experience even better. This gentleman deserves a raise - if he owns the place, he deserves all the customers possible.

The smoothies and boba drinks are outstanding and the best I've had in this area. If you like smoothies, boba drinks, or delicious desserts, you need to make your way to Bubble House and ask for something that fits...

No comment on the quality!! But the price charge is a little confused. Bought 2 large Taro boba + “10% FIXED sale taxes” (even state sale taxes only 6%) + “service charge” = it came up almost 19 dollars something. He was asked if paying cash will not be charged for service fee, I did pay cash but still charged for it. Wondering what kinds of business is that? (I wish I still have the receipt so I can post on here so everyone can see it) My kids love the drink here, but dont ever think about ripping off the customers like that.
