Last week I went in, but the size I needed wasn't in stock due to a store error, the lady was nice, took my name & number and said she'd give me a call but the were short on help and behind on getting product on the shelf. The interaction was kind, the lady didn't have one issue getting me the other shoes from the back for me to try on. It was a very normal shoe store interaction. Fast forward to 8/27/25 4pm. I went in around 4PM to look for shoes. An employee, whom the cashier later identified as ''Lisa'', was working on the other side of the aisle. When I asked her to get me the left shoe from the back, I was told ''we don't go get the left shoe for you until you're ready to buy them.'' Puzzled, I asked her if customers bought shoes without trying them on (twice), to which she replied, ''if you want to try both of them on, I'll go get it for you'' to which I replied ''yes ma'am, I'd like to try both of them on.'' She would only get one pair at a time. Ok, fair. While she was gone to get the shoe, I found another pair that I wanted to try on and informed her that I'd like to try them on, to which she responded with ''I'll go get them later'' as she trailed off down the aisle. 'No. I stated. I'll have this paired tried on by the time you get back. If you don't want to help me, I'll go find an employee who will.'' She came back with a second employee who also watched me as though I was going to steal these shoes and she stationed an employee at the register. I made my decision & went to the register, where I was ignored for a solid 30 seconds while the cashier pretended to not notice. She finally says ''oh are you wanting to check out?'' ''yes.'' ''did you get these shoes yourself?'' ''no'' ”who got them for you?'' I identified the lady, and got her name (Lisa) & position (manager) She hesitantly agreed to check me out. When asked, she wouldn't identify her initials on the receipt. Very poor service today!

Read moreI had an unpleasant experience at the store today. First of all, even though I had my toddler carried waiting for the 1st cashier (lady), the 2nd cashier (another lady) never called me and once she was available she allowed other person to skip the line, so I had to wait around 10 mins. Once it was my turn, my little one was wearing the boots we wanted to buy, the cashier wanted to check the size and my daughter would cry if we try to remove it. Anyway, we tried to hold her so the cashier can check the sizes of the boots, but she clearly was not patient enough and we had to remove the boots. Little one was crying, and when I wanted to provide my phone number for the loyalty program, she input any number with error, so I had to ask her to try again, and she said she could not hear me with all the noise from my little one, clearly because she did not want to do it again. I would not recommend anyone to go to this store, because clearly the cashier's do not like to work there at all, they have poor customer service, they don't know how to handle families with kids, neither patience,...
Read moreMy daughter really wanted some shoes today and the atmosphere of the store made us walk out. If you're working in a customer service job, then do it. There were four associates posted in front of the store chatting away and laughing until me and my family walked in. I made eye contact with every single one of them and they did not speak or offer any type of assistance, right after I walked in a Caucasian woman walked in behind me and one of them said hello to her and offered her assistance. I immediately turned to my daughter and said let's go and when she asked why I said because they're rude for not speaking and offering us any help, but speak to the lady that walked in...
