Definitely a tasty treat! I was delightfully surprised to find a pho place in a mall food court of all places. Mostly I find them in small strip malls in large urban or suburban areas, and I was too hungry to drive a few miles to find one.
The boba drinks are definitely the star of the show here. They have a large variety posted on the huge menu board on the wall, and the quality is on point, exactly what you would expect in a yummy cool refreshing drink. We had the avocado smoothie and my family all had the mango, all sweet and with chewy boba.
The pho was good. It came in a paper disposable container and was hot, tasty and quickly made. We had the beef pho and there was adequate amounts of protein and veggies with our noodles.
Overall, I think that this location is great and I hope that they do well! It's at the corner of the food court when you enter, and attracts lots of foot traffic. We ate right before the mall closed, and I could see that the two employees were still rushing to fill orders from last minute...
Read moreIf you’re on the hunt for authentic Vietnamese cuisine, this restaurant is a must-visit! Their menu features the original pho soup, rich in flavor, with options like beef, chicken, meatballs, tripe, or shrimp, all served with fresh sprouts and noodles. The banh mi sandwiches are equally delicious, offering slow-roasted grilled pork, perfectly shredded grilled chicken, and a Vietnamese ham and pate sandwich, along with an egg special sandwich. Each sandwich comes with a buttery and pate spread if you choose. And don’t forget their fun boba smoothies for a refreshing finish! My favorite is the Tropical Wonder, featuring flavors of pineapple, mango, coconut, and banana, but without the boba at the bottom of the cup. The staff is friendly and professional, creating a positive atmosphere filled with good energy. This spot has everything you need for a satisfying meal—perfect for anyone looking to indulge...
Read moreI was ecstatic to see Vietnamese pho at a mall food court!
Noodles were overcooked and broth was a too condensed (needed to add a little extra water to even out the flavor). I guess you can’t expect too much coming out of a mall. Everything else was good. Beef was surprisingly tender . Glad they had all most the typical add ins; bean sprouts, lime, jalapeño, siracha, and hoisin sauce. Just missing the Thai basil!
Service was fine.
I wish it was served in a real bowl instead of a to go container. Price of $14 was a bit steep for the quality and portion (I got the large size). I would have been upset about it but I found a $5 bill crammed in the booth I sat at making it a little...
