I'm from Georgia but whenever I'm working in the Tri state area I visit here as a MUST!! I left work and ordered my 35$ worth of food online and it said it would be ready at 6:15. When I walked to the door I saw a line for grab and go and almost went back to my vehicle lol I decided to go in and observe the what was happening. ITS VALENTINES DAY!!! And the line for dine was also long but the employees that were serving your customers were kind friendly and made sure to get everyone's order exactly how they wanted it. They alternated orders due to the many people inside and there were only 4 people that I could see working. Still they were patient and worked down both lines in a respectable fashion. I observe them even pacify rude customers in a respectful as well. I want to say from the bottom of my heart that I appreciate those employees very much for not losing their tempers or giving up because it all look frustrating. If any of them were frustrated you'd never know. Thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart for serving the customers in such a kind and professional manner. I'm sure they knew exactly what time it was when they saw they were schedule to work today and I'm sure they're tired but still pressing...

If you like bad pasta, this is the place for you. We tried the carbonara (which they make with flavorless Alfredo sauce), diavolo, (not spicy, no seafood), and BLT (it's just lettuce. The bacon was the hard bacon bits, I didn't see them in the tub but they were painful to eat and that reminded me of fake bacon bits), lobster bisque was from a can. They also gave me blackberry hibiscus lemonade, which is an ADDITIONAL charge that's room temp and came with no ice. They have to get it for you. Their cannolis were flavorless though I don't hold back against them since anything out of Boston really is flavorless.

We ordered items as they were meant to be made off the menu since it was out first time there.

The customer service was awful too. The folks working were not friendly and it was as if us being there, ordering food, was an offense to them. Or they hated their lives, I don't know. But seeing as we order as made menu items, we weren't difficult. We didn't have 10000 item requests, omissions, or changes.

The only positive was that for 4 people, it was $50.

We won't be back.

I will save the seating vibe was okay. It'd be awful if it was packed because then you're sharing a table. T was empty today so we found...

Way to rushed! Machine gun style presentation ran me through the line with brash decision making and customer ignorance on the menu. "Do you want any protein?" What the hell kind of question is that? Just say "what meat" like a normal human being! Now... it's overpriced. Between the awful tortilla wrap and the literal bacon bits they use, I thought I was chewing rocks wrapped in shoe leather. The guy whipping up the orders has a huge bushy beard literally just hanging over the entire ingredients table... no beard net. GROSS!!! I have a beard, hairs regularly fall out of your beard. Tasty actually flavor wise, great sauces, plenty of (rushed) choices, portioned a bit small for price though. There's always an immigrant here who doesn't speak or understand English hardly. I just don't appreciate when restaurants hire these people to work directly in communication roles with the customer. It makes me frustrated and uncomfortable trying to communicate and it vastly complicates getting orders correct. I've taken to dinging any establishment who does this... which is A LOT unfortunately. Both people I dealt with wouldn't speak over the ambient noise of the place, had to say "huh?" half a...

Delicious, quick, customized food with friendly service. My wife and I visited for the first time based upon reviews and photos and the experience did not disappoint. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We never felt like we didn’t know what was going on even though it was our first visit. The food was tasty and the variety of options very clearly presented. The steak on my pasta was quite tender and the seasonings on my wife’s piada and our garlic dough side were delicious. Menu handouts are available as you enter the line to give you time to decide what you want. Otherwise you see all the food as you’re making your selections. We will definitely come back and experience Piada again.

The best way to define this place, as many reviewers already have, is to call it an Italian Chipotle, except the food is not as flavorful, is much pricier and the atmosphere is more pretentious. If this is Italian street food, let's stick to Italian gourmet then! If you order a piada, be prepared for a very messy adventure. The bread will flake and fall apart in your hands. Clearly this joint is still a work in progress. The line cooks looked very young, not too confident in what they're doing and not interested in getting better.

Loved everything... BUT it was SUPER cold in there (on a day when it was in the high 60's). Super great that we could tailor the dishes to our liking if the presets didn't match our wishes. Had the Farmer's Market salad... delicious, especially with the lemon dressing. Hubby had the pasta carbonara with chicken and was super pleased. Only trashcan was hidden by a wall near the entrance (not very intuitive). Not a big deal, but meh. Would definitely eat there again. Follow @cwattsoverthere for all of my adventures. 😊🧳
