DXL Big + Tall — Local services in Florence

On 9/21/17 i went in to the store at 7634 mall rd florence ky. I bought 3 t-shirts 2 of them were $39.50 and 1 was $35.00 before tax and it came out to be $114.00. I had a $50 coupon so after that was deducted and tax was added it came out to be $67.84. So i wore one of the shirts but left the other 2 in the bag and a month had past by. When i went to try the other 2 on cause i was in a hurry when i purchased them in the store plus im a big guy and i dont like using dressing rooms. The other 2 didnt fit so i took them back. I wanted to echanged them. I echanged 1 for exactly the same type of shirt which was a reebok sleeveless shirt. The other shirt i had was a starwars shirt. The reebok shirt was $35.00 and the starwars shirt was $39.50. I exchanged the starwars shirt for another reebok shirt just a different color. So in other words i got 2 reebok shirts this time instead of 1. When i took the shirts to the counter the lady at the counter ( her name is morgan) sh said she was the manager charged me an additional $28.18 for the 2 shirt i returned. So in otherwords i paid $96.02 for 3 shirts and i used a $50 discount card. Can anyone justify this math for me? Cause i surely couldnt get it cleared up with morgan or costumer service. Costumer service says they have to see the receipts which i have both. I would also like to add that morgan has very poor costumer service skills cause she smilled and laughed the entire time like it was a joke. No persons...

Awful customer service from whoever the woman working in the store was today. When I walked in, she asked if I needed any help. Ok, very normal. I respond no not right now, I'm just looking around. I intended to buy something more than likely, I just had no idea what yet and I just wanted some time to actually look around. Not 2 minutes later the woman is LITERALLY standing over my shoulder asking me what I’m looking for in an almost accusatory tone. You need to literally get off people’s backs and let them look around. If I need help I’ll ask. Do you think I’m trying to steal something? I’ve never been just swarmed by a sales associate at this store before (first time seeing this woman), or any other store I’ve ever been to. I just walked out without buying anything, I was never given 2 minutes of time to actually look around...

Just a few days ago my wife and I had our first experience visiting a DXL location. Store was neat and clean and I was able to find several clothing options. My body type is somewhere in between Shaquille O’Neal and a normal person so it’s nice to go into a store and find clothes that actually fit! All that the store had to offer was great but the best part of our experience was the sales associate that helped us, Savannah. She went above and beyond to help us in selecting clothing and was very knowledgeable about DXL clothing. In a time when it’s hard to find and keep decent employees I’d recommend DXL do whatever possible to keep ahold of Savannah. Thank you DCL for a great product and an even better employee.
