It was honestly surprising for me. I have not been to a taco bell in so many years. I had really given up on fast food all together but my mother really wanted taco bell tonight so I opted to stop for her. I was greeted at the door!? I've never had that at a fast food restaurant before. The young lady that took responsibility for my service was so kind that its almost like I had met her before with previous and frequent service there but I have not been to this taco bell in almost 5 years. More than likely longer. The feeling of genuine care for my experience that I felt was expressed by her, completely made me forget about what I was thinking of prior. There was another young lady at the drive threw window that turned around to great me as I entered as well. It was very thoughtful given that I could tell and clearly see her dealing with her drive through guests orders. As I was ordering, the guy in the back came to the front and said hi as well. I was able to ask him and the original young lady that greated me for advice even on my order. They were absolutely amazing. I went there at first with pre determined dissapointment for having to go there but was automatically shown apon arrival that i had made a mistake by not going there over the years. I still cant believe it. I told my mother about it as soon as i walked into her house. The food was great! I still cant believe it honestly. They just regained a whole family Worth of business and i really am looking forward to the next time i come in so i can thank the managment. Especially the manager to that changed my entire opinion on taco bell tonight. She is worth the memory and so was her team. I will 4sure be back soon and hope i get the same team. -Addy...
   Read moreThis taco bell is a absolute mess. There is no communication at all. There is serious issues with this store on one side of the line air conditioning in the ceiling is leaking right above the food that is being served . The general manager has her daughter working for her and does not up hold her to the same standards . The other manager Tracy wonders around when there are orders on screen and no one but one person to fix all the food. There is inch thick dust across almost every piece of equipment that is in the kitchen on the line . The food processes are not being followed by any kind of management. When good and hard working employees apply to work there they are thrown in with out any training at all . They are forced to work in conditions with no air are sweating and exhausted no breaks for management because of the lack of staffing by the general manager and the lack of training . Be warned this store is a horrible place to work and a horrible place to eat . The proitories are not on customers instead it's on other stuff like chatting about gossip when orders are up on screen. When I asked for a corporate number the refuse to give it. Health and safety audits failed at this store because management didn't care constant turn over rate because of lack of communication and proper training and also the lack of uniforms provided.    Read moreMy husband and I got off work late and decided to take our two kids to the Taco Bell drive-through in Florence. We spent about $40 on food. When we got home, we realized we were missing a chicken quesadilla and three soft tacos. Yes, we shouldâve checked the bag, but mistakes happen â so we called the store to let them know.
The manager, Karina, told us we could drive back that night or in the morning to get the missing items. There was no apology, no offer for credit, no effort to make it right beyond telling us to come back â even though it was their mistake. We were frustrated but decided to return that night at 10 PM because our kids were still hungry.
When we got there, the person at the window said they could only give us the quesadilla â not the three tacos we also paid for. He claimed he wasnât allowed to âgive out free food,â even though it wasnât free â we had already paid for it. Again, no apology, no effort to make things right. Just a shrug and a refusal to give us what we ordered.
