I scheduled online for an appointment which was $50.00. During my first visit my face was scanned by VIZIO which shows: •Sun damage. •Fine lines. •Clogged pores. •Redness. •Age progression. •Acne. This process doesn't seem to be optional. I've seen other reviews where there's mention of this as an option but in my experience I was taken into a room and was told it was "free."
After the scan I was shown a line of products & it felt/seemed as I was being pushed into purchasing them. To note, I booked online for Medical Weightloss. As you can imagine it was a bit confusing why my face was being scanned & I was being shown 5 or 6 products to buy to improve redness, skin texture and laser therapy options being mentioned when I didn't book this. After the lady was done with her sell points we awkwardly sat in the room for 5-10 seconds before I asked about Medical Weightloss. I was then redirected to the front desk and booked for that. So, I left feeling: •The online booking needs improving. I clearly selected what I was interested in, booked, paid and then had to book in-person for what I thought I was coming for. The $50 is for what? VIZIO or to be seen? Because the VIZIO was "free" or so I was told and I wasn't seen for anything but that..?
During my first visit for Medical Weightloss I was weighed, and brought into a room. My blood pressure was taken, I was asked what my weightloss goals are, surface medical history pertaining to diabetes & activity level. Then was told how much Semaglutide I'd be started on. I gave myself my first injection in office as I was walked through it. Afterwards, I was given a bag with a needle disposable box, and 3 injections for the month, 1 to be done weekly. Online it mentions before and after photos, but I never took before and after photos. Also, if you're interested this is 3 months upfront so the cost is a mortgage payment.
The first month I lost 9 pounds. Upon returning to the office my blood pressure was checked, and I was asked how I was doing with the medication as some patients have GI issues. It was a short visit, maybe 10 minutes. I essentially walked in, was weighed, answered 2 or 3 questions and got more Semaglutide injections and left. The second month I lost just 3 pounds due to vacationing for 2.5 weeks. So my activity level had significantly decreased this month. When I came in my dosage was increased to nearly double of what it had been. At the start of Month 3 and the higher dosage I got sick on the medication and didn't take anymore injections. Nor did I return or have any appointments to get more injections.
Since the program is only 3 months & monthly after that it would have cost a significant amount of money to continue injecting myself weekly for the 1 year I was projected to need Semaglutide. I did ask for a meal plan during Month 1 but never received it. So it doesn't seem to be a permanent solution. It's essentially the medication starving you; you're not feeling hungry due to the medication. So it's easy to go 16-18+ hours without eating. Obviously this isn't sustainable so once the medication is done and the goal is met you're slowing winged off, and with no change in nutrition, dietary information I don't expect the weight would stay off.
After reflecting on my experience it seemed as I was just a paycheck for them & I doubt I would return or recommend...
Read moreI do not recommend this place. I was deceived by the receptionist who insisted I needed a free consultation to purchase a product. She scheduled an appointment, and during paperwork, I explicitly asked if there were any fees associated, to which she assured me it was entirely free since I hadn't been seen for six months. During the appointment, Emily performed the Vizio scan on my face without mentioning any associated cost. She then claimed she couldn't order my desired product unless I first bought items from her inventory. I expressed concerns about products expiring soon, and she rudely insisted on their quality, contradicting herself about expiration dates. When I pointed out the contradiction and stated I would wait for a new inventory, she informed me she didn't know when that would be. She insisted that, since I didn't make a purchase, I owed $50 for the consultation, despite her staff repeatedly assuring me it was complimentary, and she never informed me it was a paid consultation. Despite having grounds to confront them for their misleading practices, I extended goodwill, something they do not deserve. However, I chose not to descend to their impolite level. This led me to utilize a previously purchased gift card from this company to acquire the only product with an extended shelf life. I wouldn't wish anyone to endure a similar experience, and I strongly advise against choosing this place. Customers are pressured into purchasing products, misled, and treated solely as sources of revenue. The staff appears pleasant only as long as you agree with their suggestions; as soon as you decline a purchase, the facade of smiles quickly transforms into rudeness and disrespect. Be cautious and spare yourself from potential mistreatment, disrespect and unexpected charges for things you were never...
Read moreI made an appointment in August 2023 to discuss skin care and weight loss. I was talked into a halo procedure with a bbl for my face even though this was not in my plans for skin care. I trusted the one doing it because I have known her for years and I really do like her. I was so skeptical to have it done and I waited for 8 months to do it in April 2024, afterwards my face is so much worse, some small scaring, lots of brown patches and some wrinkles are worse. This was not what I expected, my FACE to be worse after a $1600.00 plus procedure. I ask for the remaining other BBL's to be credited to my credit card account because there was no way I was going to do them after such a bad outcome. They would not, said I could use it on other services or products with a 25% discount. I'm not happy and I'm very disappointed on how this was handled. This is my face for gosh sakes. On another note, I did lose some weight on the first series of 3 month semaglutude injections but not the second set of them. The staff is...
