Placed my order, for two featured menu items*, the melts, at 10:30. Store closes at 11. When I arrived to pick up the food within the 15 min, a kind and honest employee admittedly informed me if the order was not to quality as they were the last orders of the night while also closing, to call the next day. Neither of the two orders were to quality, as evidenced by the picture I posted, one order lacked severely. It is 6:45 the next night and I just got off the phone with them. Upon calling, I politely asked for a manager, whom I was informed I was currently speaking to. After sharing the food experience, including that I have a picture, the manager, tells me to “sum it up” and what do I want. Taken back, I go on to inform him that I’m interested in purchase again with quality! (Duh?) He asks me which was the one I had a picture of, I responded the meat lover, he places me on hold. When he comes back, he asks again what was wrong with it. I tell him, again. He scoffs my complaints back to me as if they’re non believable. Then, he tells me that I waited too long to call, he’s spoken to another manager and the Gm, and that If I come to the store and If I show the picture, then they’ll consider talking to me more. Read moreSo I've just had the worst experience with the Union Pizza Hut. First off I have an allergy to beef so I can't eat any type of beef product winch includes pepperoni. The first incident they gave me a pizza that was supposed to be only cheese with pepperoni on it which made me severely sick. (The pepperoni was under the cheese so I didn't know until it was to late.) They gave me a $10.00 credit for another pizza and I was okay with that. Well when I called to get said credit they told me i was only able to get another pizza, but that they wouldn't cook it on a clean pizza pan. After I called them again to get a corporate number they were fine with giving me an order of garlic knots. The manager asked if I wanted an order of cinnamon sticks and a 2 liter of soda and said it would balance out my credit, so I told him yes. The driver only brought the garlic knots so when I called back and asked Adam the manager he said he never told me that. So all in all it was a terrible experience and I do not recommend this location if you have any allergies, they don't work with you or uphold a good customer...
Read moreI guess I’ll just add to the recent onslaught of horrific posts. Not sure what I gave them a second chance. I ordered from the site last week at 10:30. Order successful and estimated to arrived at 11:15. Zero update to to the order ever. Tonight I placed an order at 9:30. THEY CLOSE AT 11:00! I was updated that my order was being made and at 10:30 decided to call. They transferred me to the local store which is evidently closed, as I learned when I called back after sitting on hold for 25 minutes. So they were transferring me to a ‘manager’ who never picked up.
Why in the world would you accept orders for a store that’s closed!? Twice in a week to the same customer? This has to be happening in mass quantity. Fire the manager and...
