Skyline Chili — Restaurant in Union

i have no beef with your version of what chili is, it aint chili to me. not even close. mom made chili with meat you can see, and plenty of beans, and green peppers, and onions, chili powder, cumen, and cayenne pepper. thicken it up a bit with masa harina, and lots of chopped tomato. my chili, or-moms chili has gonads. yours don't. none! but neither does gold star.. here's my question to you two chili big boys on the east side of the usa, why do you put your stuff in a blender and call it chili? you cant even see what"s in it. lastly, i dearly love good chili,and i moved here from colorado 15 years ago . being a chili lover, i went to skyline once, and to gold star once, and never returned to either one since. why? because it"s just not chili. mom showed us 7 kids what chili REALLY IS. i still love chili, but i make my own, moms way. the way chili should taste and look. thanks folks. hey, i just gave you moms recipe. it"s ok though, she would have shared it with anyone. she was 89. thank"s mom for the...

I eat at Skyline all over the city because I love the food. The one star rating is that this was by far the worst Skyline I have ever been in. The tables were dirty, the floor was dirty, the benches were dirty. It also had an unappetizing smell. Our server took ten minutes to show up at the table and the place wasn't busy. She was difficult to locate when we needed her. The order took a long time to come with about 5 people crowded around the steam table mostly leaning their hands on the counter. When the food came there were mistakes and the bowls of chili came without spoons. Since our server was hard to find i had to ask a different one to get spoons. We added York mints to or order and the cashier gave us the wrong total. Not sure who the manager was, but the skyline franchise should be ashamed that this place...

My wife stopped in a few weeks ago to get dinner through the drive through, my son got a three way which they didn’t give us cheese for it. We had to stop at another restaurant to grab him something else to eat since he wouldn’t eat it without cheese. We called and they gave us a credit to replace the three way. Wife picked up dinner today and tried to get the credit for the replacement three way and they refused to give us a credit because apparently they didn’t write it down. So Skyline messes up our order then Skyline messes up and don’t write down the order and we don’t get what we paid for. Terrible customer service especially for the price Skyline is charging anymore, we will just choose other options as the quality of food at this location has been hit or miss...
