Snappy Tomato Pizza — Restaurant in Florence

Um really, get anything else there's like 20 other pizza places to choose from and really I never had a frozen pizza that was as bad as this. Little to no sauce every time we gave them another try. The only way to get topping is to order a beast then they litteraly put like one piece of every topping in each slice which isn't much better than the used sparingly on the regular sizes. Its like what you would be force to make if all you had was dough cheese and a few scraps from leftovers and you had spent all your money on crack but your familys hungry. I don't understand how they manage to stay in business even the schools are changing to quality over quanity and just charging a little more at sporting events and what not. If I had the money I would just but the place to get rid of it there sign makes me feel sick just the sight of it reminds me of my worst...

There is no doubt in my mind that my call to order my son's personal pizza was one of the most confusing they have ever received. I ordered it with green peppers, pepperoni and onions then in the middle of the call I wasn't sure if that was what he wanted on his pizza. After a few moments of talking to myself I told her that I would have to call back after I asked my son again. It was only a few minutes before I called back and I gave his name and said that I needed a cheese personal pizza. I was about 5 minutes away when I placed my order. I was greeted when I walked in the door and before I was done paying they were handing me my son's cheese pizza. Super friendly people. Rather refreshing compared to quite a few of the workers at restaurants...

Ordered carry out on Halloween like I always do every year. Got there to pick up and half my order had mistakenly been sent out on delivery. I had to wait for my whole order to be recooked. I would give a low score for that, however the staff, who was clearly overwhelmed by the volume of orders that night which imo is not their fault, was extremely nice and very apologetic for the mishap. The manager then came out and gave me a certificate for a free Beast pizza for the inconvenience. He was very nice and stood there talking w me for several minutes explaining how crazy it is on Halloween and apologized several times for what happened.
