terrible customer service. had to warranty one of their magnetic stick work lights a couple weeks ago. couldn't find where I had bought it so they only exchanged it if I agreed to buy another warranty. not wanting to argue I just did it. I was told that it would be under my phone number if I had any issues. sadly had issues with the new light so I brought it back thinking I would have it taken care of easy this time. WRONG!!! they agian couldn't find the purchase history and even when I pointed out the cashier who helped me before and she even told the manager I had bought a warranty they still wouldn't uphold there warranty. fine place for cheap tools but their warranty program is a total ripoff and I will never pay extra...

I had called to see if they had a certain item. They said they did, so I asked them to hold it for me because I was coming from MS. When I got there, the manager wasn't the nicest but asked on his mic if someone had the item on hold for me. They acted like they didn't know what I was asking for. He finally got the answer but didn't say anything to me. He just started ringing it up. When he told me the total and asked if I wanted the warranty, I asked him if they had it. He just said yes. After I paid for it, the item hadn't been brought up yet, he said, just pull your vehicle up to these windows. No smile, no thank you, no have a nice day or anything. I normally have a very pleasant time in Harbor Freight and find what I am looking for. However this time was different. Stopped to get an air fitting for a 1" Impact. Was back by there and a lady was stocking the shelves. I asked if they carried them but you dont. Not suprising as it is a specialty item. What is suprising is the employee of yours that said.
