US Wings & Deli- Florence — Restaurant in South Carolina

I came to get a Philly and wings and this was my first visit so I didn't know what to expect. I came in and there was no one at the register. About 2 minutes later, a young girl came out of their car and came in. I thought they were a Customer at first just to find out they were the cashier. She seemed like she was either high, tired or both and seemed to have an attitude. I gave her my order and she took my payment while slapping the cup on the counter. She then went to the back to prepare my food. No hand washing whatsoever after she came from the car. I'm like, maybe they have a second sink in the back. The man in the looking suspicious like he's tampering with someone's food and she's out of sight so I'm feeling uneasy about my food.

But this is not the worst of it. While she's in the back, I notice a ROACH scaling the table in front the register. Then it crawls on top of the table by the straws. I inform her that there's a roach on the counter and she ignores me and proceeded to ask me if I wanted seasoning salt. Ma'am, you got a full grown cockroach on your counter and you asking about seasoning salt. When she noticed that I was concerned about the nickel sized roach, she just walked around the counter, crushed it between the crack of the table and counter and went back to my fries.

I just wasted my $15. I can't even rate the food cause i didn't waste my time. I should call DHEC because roaches obviously live here on...

Poor customer service. Poor quality chicken. I had to ask for a refund because of rancid-smelling fried chicken wings. I was met with hostility by the Asian manager. She was very resentful that I could not stomach the subpar quality of their poorly stored wings. Don't get me started on the poorly mixed fountain drink. I threw it away after one sip. She thought I was supposed to pay for that. Luckily she knew better once I told her that it was disposed of. I won't be returning and if you are someone who cares about the quality of what you consume, I'd suggest you not even bother and learn...

My sister-in-law recommended this to us and I'm sure glad she did! The food was great. I think she's eaten here several times and told SO MANY people about it! I don't think I've ever seen anyone as excited about a restaurant as she was for here. After each bite she asked if we enjoyed it. She stared at us as we took bite after bite of perfectly seasoned wings. After we finished, our stomachs were full and her heart was full of joy that we enjoyed our meal! Did I mention she loves...
