The address and phone number to this place needs to be updated online. You would think after placing a $200+ catering order the restaurant wouldâve alerted me to inform me that the address online is incorrect. I thought the sole purpose of a restaurant was to serve a customer, itâs a major fail if you donât have the decency to address a pretty important issue. Or at least taking the initiative to inform a customer on such a large purchase thereâs an address discrepancy. I question the intent of the leadership, when on my order I marked it for a team meeting for my business. I would think after 30+ minutes of not hearing from the customer they would piece together that everyone doesnât know the address is wrong and maybe this person is new to the area and we should call or text him to update. Yet I had to call the other firehouse (yes there online number is wrong too). After finally contacting someone they had the audacity to tell me yea if you wouldâve called to confirm your order we wouldâve told you. Oh yea, If I had the knowledge of knowing that the address was wrong maybe I wouldâve. This shouldâve been something disclosed by you all during the confirmation email or sending a text/call. Not my responsibility to make sure the location is correct, especially after I receive a confirmation email. Again here if you arenât trying to satisfy customers what are you doing here? To add salt to the wound the package wasnât fully ready when I arrived an hour later. Iâm upset I left a prepaid tip, because it truly wasnât deserved, so if you are reading this learn like I did to never leave a...
Read moreI ordered a large Pastrami sub and a large ham and turkey sub. And 2 loaded potato soup. After I received my order I saw I got a small Ham and turkey sub and only 1 soup. I explained to them I ordered a large sub but they said that was a medium sub. Really!! They gave me another soup but I paid again cause they said I only ordered 1. I was so tired of them arguing with them. I took what I had left. When I got home I looked on my receipt and I was charged again for the cold soup and my large/ small not medium sub. This was used on birthday gift card from my son. Never again will I go to Firehouse subs on Mountain Laurel St. So disappointed in this. Also my Pastrami sub was loaded with mayo and my Ham and Turkey was also. And the ham and turkey had very little tomato and lettuce and I specifically asked for NO mayo on both. They were both not edible. My 3 dogs had a treat. Funny thing though, they would only eat the meat not bread cause too much mayo. We have had mistakes from this store before and we over looked it. Sometimes mistakes happen but not this time. This is...
Read moreI ordered a footling hot pastrami and cheese with mustard lettuce and tomatoâs. When I got home I realized what I got was hot pastrami and cheese with no mustard. I called them to make sure they were still open being it was Christmas Eve. I was rudely hung up on over 6 times for asking questions. I ask for a manager and get transferred to anything but a manager over 10 times of me calling. I get to the store and mustard packets were thrown on the counter at me. Of course Iâm pissed because I paid 20 for a sandwich that didnât have what I ordered. I was treated rudely by Shauna and Amanda who even know if they told me their real names. I would never give my money to a company that employs rude rachet women that donât know what customer service really...
