GameStop — Local services in Florence

Please do not trust this store in South Florence. I preordered the newest Pokemon products with them. The set was Journey together. I was told I had 2 days to pick it up and I had to pay up front. I did pay up front, no problem. The set came out on Friday 03/28/2025. I came in on Sunday 03/30/2025 to pick up my stuff and was informed that they sold it without even calling me. Funny side note, they look your account up by your phone number, but they could not call me to insure I was coming? This stuff has a market value that is CRAZY(about triple), and it is a FACT I have no chance of replacing it. A refund is unacceptable, I paid up front so in my view they stole my property. This is SCAMY it makes me sick. It is hard enough to get Pokemon now without retailers ripping you off! I picked up my stuff from the other Gamestop across town today with no issues.
