Valvoline Instant Oil Change — Local services in Florence

This is a place to get your oil changed if you are in a hurry. The prices are pretty decent but they mixed up the bolts when reinstalling the oil pan splash guard. It would have been obvious to who ever was doing the work that something was wrong but they chose to ignore it. I even asked the technician if everything was alright with my truck because I could literally hear the guy cross threading bolts with an impact gun underneath my truck. He lied to my face and assured me that everything was normal and fine. This led to my splash guard coming loose and dragging on the ground when I was an hour and a half away from home on a Sunday. Luckily, it didn't cause much damage or come off and cause an accident! I took the truck to the closest valvoline station and their "professional" solution was to zip tie it back in place. They were too lazy/cheap to use proper bolts. The manager called (after I explained the situation to corporate) with an apology and offered to email some discounts for future services but I never received anything. Excellent service excellent team. We went in first thing this morning bc my daughter's oil light came on and she's headed back to Idaho. As they were preparing for the oil change... I asked what would keep her low pressure tire light on even after they were checked and aired at Les Schwab the day before ( nothing against Les Schwab) .... The gentleman taking info on the computer for the car said... Something about tire beads and something else and said.. let us take a look and ect. They did it.. and check the amount redone ect. Tried to upsell me on synthetic oil which my car does not use and would not honor the coupon they personally sent me for being a first time customer. After telling them that Hyundai uses conventional oil and recommends the oil be changed at 3750 - 7500 miles, they then tried to tell me that conventional oil has to be changed every 3000 miles no matter what and that no car company would ever recommend 7500 miles on conventional oil.
