Starbucks — Restaurant in Florence

So I love Starbucks generally speaking... today I came in to get a beverage and of course waited a ridiculously long time. During my wait I noticed one employee stocking/cleaning while the other took orders and prepared the drinks. The employee cleaning and stocking had on a pair of gloves, he was unwrapping food to put in the display, he then puts things in the garbage and after touching items in the garbage proceeds to stock lids with the same nasty gloves he just touched the trash with!! Gross! Neither of these two employees greeted the 3 people behind me or told them they’d be “with them in a minute” (10mins) and eventually they just left. I understand that this is just a small branch inside of a grocery store but what the heck! These employees are giving this brand, Starbucks, a bad name! Not...

I rarely go to Starbucks unless I need something from Safeway, which isn't very often. The service gets worse each time, and the drinks are terrible. Always seem watered down and without much flavor. If u ask for a little extra flavor, they make it so sweet that u can't drink it. Also, the last 2 times, I've asked for my drink to be extra hot, and it's barely warm. The staff are rude and never smile. I'll stick with my Dutch Bros, who has way better coffee and much nicer staff who actually talk to their customers and try to get to know them. While on my vacation to Chicago I stopped @ the local Starbucks 3 different times. Each day I ordered a decaf pour-over w/oatmilk. I learned about steamed milk. Perfecto! The last day of my trip I purchased an iced coffee for a wheel chair homeless vet. He actually did not want it...which was fine. ..but the barista put sugar in it...gross! I tossed it. Maybe in the drink prep line...one of the staff did NOT read 🤔 the exact order...just cream...oh well...otherwise the visits to the Ravenswood Starbucks blessed...
