I do not recommend dinning at this restaurant location in Florence Oregon.
We have eaten at the Lebanon location several times and have always been pleased.
The Florence location is run down and the service is very very bad!! Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon 5pm place was not very busy at the time but it took 1 hour and 5 minutes for us to get our food. We had a party of 9 (4 adults & 5 kids) and when the food finally arrived at the table it was only warm at best. I had to send my plate back as it was cold and the cheese was not even melted. I picked the plate up by hand and gave it back to the waiter, he garbed it from me and the plate was not hot at all, but about 15 seconds he pretended like it was hot and set it down on a table; very bad acting. You could tell he was not very smart, after his bad acting he garbed the plate with out a problem and carried it back to the kitchen. I asked to have the plate taken off the bill and did not want them to make a new one. The next thing that went wrong was that they forgot to bring the flour torteis for 2 of the plates and had to be asked twice before bring them, but forgot the corn torteis for the other plate; which they never brought
I asked for a manager but was told there was no manager working and each waiter was in charge of their own tables. When I received the bill he did not even take off the plate I sent back and had to ask again and told him he need to discount the bill for the missing food and bad service. He did discount the bill by $5 dollars; Wow. Bill was still over $100.00 for a...

I had requested no cheese since I'm not to be having dairy. My plate was brought to me with cheese all over the beans. I politely reminded the waitress that I had stated no cheese. They said no problem and took the plate back, only to bring me back the same plate minus where they had dug the cheese out of the beans. It was quite obvious it was the same plate and I found strings of cheese buried where the rice, beans and guac intersect on the plate. I only got an apology and that they would talk to the kitchen. I paid full price for a meal that I couldn't fully eat.
This is not okay. It isn't just fine to peel the cheese off, or take something off a plate. It's contaminated. They need a new plate with fresh food. For those with serious food intolerances and allergies this can make someone extremely sick. My daughter who has celiac disease ordered very carefully and we made sure everything on her plate was safe. Apparently it wasn't. She got violently sick within a couple hours and was up vomiting in our hotel room that night. For those of us with dietary issues eating out is tough. Skip this one. Never again for us. There are many Mexican restaurants...
Read moreWhile the food was good, the service person, âTeresaâ ruined the dining experience. Teresa was on a mission to get us out of the restaurant as fast as possible. When I said I wasnât ready to order she just stood at the table, pen and tablet in hand waiting for me to be ready to order. I felt pressured to make a decision because she wouldnât leave out table until she got an order. After the food arrived, I hadnât heat eaten even half my dinner and she wanted to know if I was âstill working on itâ?â. I said yes, and she asked if I wanted a box to take it home with me. I said no, âI just want to eat my dinnerâ. We then called another employee over to the table and offered a â constructive commentâ about our experience. While explaining to him that we felt rushed and hurried, Teresa stood three feet away listening to the conversation and glaring at us. Very...
