And first the said that they changed the price and it was a 1.00 more for each plate. I told her that it doesn’t make sense since it would only be 2 more dollars and not 8. Then she yelled at me and said that she’ll give me the money because she didn’t want to argue. I told her that I was not arguing and that she was not doing me a favor she WAS CHARGING me more! Last night my son ordered couple of dishes. I have ordered from Rosas anda couple of other Mexican food restaurants here in Florence. I must say that I have never ever received an order that was burnt. I mean really burnt like black. And then they would actually have the gall to charge a huge amount of money for this burnt food. My son makes better nachos and he is very young. Plus he doesn't burn them. I was so angry because I have never in my life been handed and charged for burnt food. By the time I got over my anger last night the restaurant was closed. Next time I'll be going to Rosas I will stay with Rosas from now on. Having eaten in the dining room 3-4 times, and ordering take out once, I feel I have a good grasp on this place. The service is absolutely excellent! They’re so friendly there. The restaurant is decorated nicely and is very comfortable. Margaritas are VERY good! But the food itself has been…just ok. Seems hit or miss. I had some really amazing tacos there a couple months ago! But I do not care for the sauce/mole on the enchiladas. It’s bland and too thick. I’d prefer more seasoning other than just salt. And sometimes the food is not hot enough, like they rushed it out of the kitchen.
