Came in on a Wednesday morning and decided on breakfast menu. Asked for breakfast burrito and they only had ham. Staff said sausage gravy was great so I ordered small portion of biscuits n gravy. Breakfast burrito was actually frozen like you would buy in the frozen section of a grocery store. It was microwaved to heat it up and both ends were hard and overcooked eggs/tortilla from heating up incorrectly in a microwave. The gravy was good but the biscuit tasted old and was only an inch thick, mostly crust. The tea drinks we removed from the cooler was outdated; Sept 2020 and it’s March 2021 now. Great view and staff were friendly but this is definitely not a breakfast stop unless they start cooking from scratch and stop reheating. You can do better job of showcasing our great food here in Florence, I was disappointed and embarrassed for visitors...

The location is amazing and you couldn’t ask for a better view of the river, but unfortunately u need to be a customer to enjoy the view from the tables outside. The guy was rude and the latte I ordered was awful. I used to be a barista and I know that the absolute hottest you make them are 180 degrees...I have a thermometer at home and a 210 degree drink is ridiculous. And that’s after the drive home. I ended up going to another coffee shop when I got home so I could get a real coffee. So, to sum up...rude service, dirty and run down store, and bad coffee. Save your money...just go to 7-11 if you want bad coffee, it’s...
